The Prologue
I am writing this
mostly to get my own life in order before I go. However, I am also writing
it because so many students over the years have urged me to get some of
these things written down. Of course, I would never have bothered to do it
were it not for the Internet.
I really don't know how I'm going to get the word out to my students that
it's up here, but I'm going to hope that word-of-mouth reaches some of
